Ingredients: 300 g Pasta; 8 Sausages; 1 tspn Chilli flakes; 2 tspn Italian mixed herbs; 4 cloves Garlic; 2 tbsp Tomato purée; 1-2 tbsp Nduja; 120 ml Single cream; 200 ml Pasta water; Salt; Chilli; Parsley

If there’s one way to my husband’s heart, it’s through this spicy sausage & Nduja pasta! ❤️‍🔥 It’s his absolute favourite, and I love how easy it is to make, especially with my @hexclad_europe pan, which gives the perfect sear to those sausages. And the best part? No scrubbing after! It goes straight in the dishwasher! More time for us, less time cleaning. ❤️

I tend to use Asda, reduced fat ones. I have made this with full fat too though, we enjoy both so tend to stick to the reduced fat just to save on calories.
