Piri Piri Chicken and Halloumi Traybake

This is one of my favourite meals to have on those days when it's too hot to cook. Just pop it all on a baking tray and leave to do its thing, then come back to a delicious dinner that everyone will enjoy.

Notes

If you're cooking for little ones who don't like a lot of spice, swap the Piri-Piri seasoning for smoked paprika or a generic chicken seasoning. You can also use a mild Nando's Marinade like the lemon and herb flavour.

Made tonight, flavours are brilliant, got a great kick but took a lot longer to cooked then 40 minutes, more like an hour. I had to take the wedges out and put them in the air fryer for 12-ish minutes to get them to cook and get some colour. Really nice dinner though.
