Creamy Halloumi, Bacon and Gochujang Pasta

This one’s for those “what on earth am I making for dinner” kind of nights. Golden, salty halloumi, smoky bacon and a little hit of gochujang all swirled through the creamiest, cosiest pasta sauce. It’s proper comfort food with a bit of attitude and very much a grab-a-bowl, flop-on-the-sofa and go-back-for-seconds kind of dinner 🧡
