Hey lovely, so glad you enjoyed it.. if you make it again, maybe take the lid off for a little longer to reduce or you can also add a little cornflour and water slurry to thicken it.. if you ever have any questions whilst cooking there’s the AI Hollie who can answer any questions etc and help if anything goes wrong if im not immediately available to answer ☺️ xx
