Would you have this on its own or with rice?

It works fine by itself as it has potatoes, veg and protein but you could definitely add rice too if you fancied it, it would work great. We served it with some crusty bread 🫢 but you could also add on extra veggies if you’re feeling particularly hungry but don’t want to add lots more calories etc.
