Sticky Hoisin Sausages and Egg Fried Rice

If there’s one thing my family will never say no to, it’s sausages. So I thought, why not give it a sticky, fakeaway twist? This one-pot dish is packed with flavour, with sweet and salty hoisin glazed sausages, fluffy egg fried rice, and hidden veggies (which no one complains about when it tastes this good). It’s quick, comforting, and way better than a takeaway… plus you only need one pan, which is always a win in my book.
