Quick Pickled Cucumber Recipe Ingredients: 1 cucumber, thinly sliced 2 tbsp rice vinegar or white wine vinegar 1 tsp sugar Pinch of salt Optional: pinch of chilli flakes or sesame seeds Method: Mix the vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl until the sugar dissolves.
