Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Fry off your chorizo in the pan until crisp then remove and put to the side.
50 g Chorizo
Step 2
Add your seasoned chicken into the same pan, and cook for around 5-10 minutes or until cooked through. Take the chicken out of the pan and pop to the side.
500 g Chicken
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp Garlic Granules
2 tbsp Fajita Seasoning
Step 3
Add your onions and peppers into the same pan and cook until theyāre soft, then add the garlic and tomato puree.

1 tbsp Tomato PurƩe
Step 4
Cook for a few minutes and then add in the stock and cream. Reduce that down a little and then add in the cooked rice.
300 ml Chicken Stock
120 ml Single Cream
500 g Cooked Leftover Rice
Step 5
Once the rice is all mixed in add in the chicken and chorizo.
Step 6
Once itās mixed together sprinkle on the cheese and pop it under the grill until bubbling and golden. Garnish with chilli flakes and parsley.
