Sweet and Spicy Korean Fried Rice

So I threw this together one night with some leftover rice and a few bits from the fridge, and everyone loved it. It’s got that proper fakeaway flavour but made in one pan, in 15 minutes, and with way less sugar and salt than the real thing. Everyone was happy, there were no complaints at dinner, and I didn’t have to order a thing. Win-win.

Heat a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, sprinkle with chicken seasoning, and cook for 5–6 mins until sealed and golden.
