This one's got summer vibes written all over it, spicy, sweet, and seriously satisfying. I threw this Cajun honey sausage pasta salad together one lunchtime and now it’s a full blown obsession. It’s got that smoky kick, a sticky honey glaze, loads of flavour, and it's perfect warm or cold. Honestly, I’d eat it straight from the bowl with a fork while hiding from the kids. It’s that good.
