Slow Cooked Chicken and Chorizo Spanish Style Stew

This one feels like a little holiday in a bowl. Smoky chorizo, tender chicken, soft baby potatoes and a rich, paprika-spiced sauce that basically begs for a big spoon and some serious dipping.
