BBQ Beef and Onion Loaded Fries

We love a big bowl of cheesy, saucy, messy loaded fries, and these were no different. I made these for my lot the other day, and let’s just say… they did not last long! 😅 Safe to say, we’ll be making these again really soon.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Put the chips onto cook following the instructions on the packet.

Step 2

Next brown off the beef with the smoked paprika and then add in the onion. Cook until soft.

Step 3

Add in the garlic and tomato puree. Cook that for another few minutes.

Step 4

Add in the beef stock and cook until that has reduced down, adding in the gravy granules if needed.

Step 5

Meanwhile mix together the mayonnaise and 1 tbsp BBQ sauce and loosen with a tiny splash of water.

Step 6

Next put your chips into bowls and season them to your liking.

Step 7

Add on the mozzarella and top with the beef mixture.

Step 8

Drizzle over the BBQ mayo and more BBQ sauce and then sprinkle over the crispy onions and parsley.

Step 9

Serve and enjoy!
