Honey, Garlic and Soy Halloumi Fried Rice

This garlic, soy and honey halloumi fried rice is one of those quick dinners that feels a little bit different but still completely doable midweek. The halloumi gets golden and slightly sticky in the pan before being tossed through veg-packed rice with a savoury finish. It’s sweet, salty, full of texture and all made in one pan.

This was delicious. I did find it a little stressful to cook 😅 just the rice packet I had to keep putting my hands in and break up the clumps , and when frying the halloumi there was a lot of juices so was hard to brown . But over all it was so nice and il definitely cook it again :)

So glad you enjoyed it ☺️ with the microwave rice some brands can be quite lumpy.. if you pop it into a bowl first and break it up with a fork it can be a lot better. And with the halloumi if you pop it on some kitchen roll before popping it into the pan that should dry it off ☺️ I’m glad you still enjoyed though ❤️
