Can you please be more specific in the method? It says to fry the chicken in the seasoning but would be so much easier if you said what ingredients to coat in. Also what is chicken seasoning? Is that a special spice you can buy?

The seasonings are just underneath the chicken in the ingredient list.. it’s just chicken seasoning, salt and pepper. the chicken seasoning is a mix that you can buy from the supermarket, the Sainsburys and M&S one are lovely.

Ah great thank you, I've never spotted it with the spices! Will have a look next time I'm in. Made this tonight and was lovely, just improvised with what I used for chicken seasoning so will give it another go with the actual one ❤️

Any seasoning will work really in the chicken, the chicken seasoning is just a mixture so normally paprika, mixed herbs, garlic granules etc.. I’m really glad you enjoyed it though lovely.
