We served ours with some tenderstem on the side but you could also add extra veggies in to the dish to keep it a one pan dinner.

Really lovely! Added some sweetcorn for a veg to keep one pan. Next time I would add a little less stock as was a wee bit too liquidy for my preference.

So glad you enjoyed it ☺️ with the stock if it’s ever too watery just leave it on the heat for a few extra minutes on a medium heat and it will reduce ❤️
