I loved the flavour of this but I found it was swimming in liquid. Is there anything obvious I have done wrong? It was definitely one litre of stock used

I’m not 100% sure lovely, did you put the pasta into the stock uncooked and raw? It should soak up the liquid whilst cooking. Different pasta shapes also absorb differently too but it shouldn’t be swimming in liquid even if it is that as I’ve tried it with a few different pasta shapes and it’s not drastically different. 🤔

Try with less stock and then when you take the foil off you can always add the rest if needed maybe 🤔 I can’t think why it didn’t work though. Sorry lovely. Glad you still enjoyed it.
