Crispy Gochujang Beef Orzo

This Crispy Gochujang Beef Orzo is the perfect mix of sweet, spicy and creamy, all cooked together in one pan for maximum flavour and minimal washing up. The beef gets really crispy before being tossed in a sticky gochujang glaze, the orzo cooks straight in the pan so it soaks up every bit of sauce, and a little cream cheese at the end brings it all together. It’s comforting, packed with flavour and ideal for busy weeknights.
