I threw this one together on a whim and it ended up being one of those dinners that totally hit the spot, creamy, cheesy, full of flavour and proper filling too. The pesto and pork work so well with the soft gnocchi and melted cheese… it’s indulgent but still simple enough for a weeknight.
Definitely a keeper in our house, clean plates all round!
