Week 41
This week’s menu brings the heat, the comfort, and everything in between! From the fiery kick of Spicy Hot Honey Sausage Pasta to the indulgent Marry Me Chicken Flatbread, every meal is bursting with bold flavour. You’ve got cheesy, saucy goodness in the Buffalo Beef Gnocchi, a spicy twist on a classic with the Sweet Chilli Chicken Burger, and a no-fuss One Pan Roast Chicken Dinner to end the week on a wholesome note. It’s a week of simple dinners with big personality!
Spicy Hot Honey Sausage Pasta
This one is proper comfort food, creamy, sweet, spicy and packed with flavour. The kids absolutely loved it and it’s one of those dishes that feels a bit special but is so simple to throw together. You cook the pasta separately so the sauce turns out rich and glossy, and finishing it with a drizzle of chilli oil really takes it up a notch. We’ll definitely be making this one on repeat!

Marry Me Chicken Flatbread
If you love Marry Me Chicken, you’re going to love this flatbread version, its creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavour. The chicken is cooked in the air fryer or oven for ease, then shredded and stirred through a herby sun-dried tomato cream cheese. It all gets loaded into flatbreads and topped with melty mozzarella… so simple, so good.

Cheesy Buffalo Beef Gnocchi
This one’s an absolute treat, a big cheesy bowl of buffalo beef gnocchi, all done in one pot. The kids love it, it’s got a nice little kick from the buffalo sauce, and the creamy, cheesy sauce pulls it all together. Such an easy one to throw together on busy nights!

Spicy Sweet Chilli Chicken Burger
These are an absolute game changer for burger night, juicy, smoky-spiced chicken thighs cooked in the air fryer, coated in sticky sweet chilli sauce and finished with melty cheese. Stacked in a toasted brioche bun with a creamy, spicy burger sauce, simple, quick and full of flavour!

One Pan Roast Chicken Dinner
This is my kind of Sunday dinner, no faff, no loads of pots to wash, just a big tray of comforting roast goodness. The chicken goes lovely and golden, the roasties soak up all the flavour, and everything cooks together so you can put your feet up while it’s in the oven.
