Big Flavours - Low Effort
This week is all about those big, fakeaway-style dinners that feel like a treat but don’t take over your evening. From sticky honey sriracha sliders and creamy bacon ranch pasta, to slurpy garlic chilli noodles, loaded chicken tikka flatbreads and bold honey buffalo chicken rice, these are the kind of meals you throw together, sit down with, and actually enjoy eating with the people you love. Big flavours, minimal fuss, and plenty of “can we have this again?” energy all week long. 🧡
Creamy Bacon Ranch Pasta
This one started as “I’ll just use up that pack of bacon”… and somehow turned into a pasta I couldn’t stop picking at straight from the pan. Crispy bacon, a herby, creamy ranch-style sauce and pasta that gets properly coated in all of it, simple, cosy, and very delicious.

Chicken Tikka Loaded Flatbreads
This one is big fakeaway energy. Golden folded flatbreads stuffed with creamy, spiced tikka chicken and loads of melty cheese, brushed with coriander butter and finished with all the fresh, crunchy bits on top. Cosy, messy, and very much a “grab it with both hands” kind of dinner.

Honey Buffalo Ranch Rice
This one is loud, saucy and very hard to stop eating. Sticky honey buffalo chicken, fluffy rice that soaks up all that glossy sauce, and a cool ranch drizzle over the top to calm things down just enough. It’s quick, cosy and proper fakeaway energy.

Creamy Garlic Chilli and Ginger Noodles
This is one of those bowls that starts as “I’ll just have a little taste” and somehow ends with an empty pan. Creamy, garlicky, a little bit spicy, a little bit sweet and properly slurpy in the best way. Fast, comforting and perfect for those nights when you want something big on flavour but low on effort

Honey Sriracha Beef Sliders
This one’s a proper family dinner, sticky, sweet beef tucked into soft brioche with melty cheese, and just enough heat to keep the grown-ups happy. I go easy on the sriracha when the kids are eating (and add more on my own after), which somehow makes it even more fun because everyone gets theirs exactly how they like it. Simple, cosy, and one of those meals that disappears faster than you expect.
