Ingredients: 600 g McCain Naked Oven Chips; 2 Lean rump steaks; Spray oil; Salt; Pepper; 1 tsp Garlic granules; 2 tbsp Butter; 1 tsp Garlic purée; 1 tbsp Fresh parsley; 4 Deli Kitchen folded flatbreads; handfuls Shredded lettuce; 4 tbsp Light mayo; 1 tsp Cracked black pepper; 1 pinch Salt

I made this on a bit of a whim one night and now I’m fully obsessed. It’s got all the good stuff, juicy steak, buttery garlic, crispy chips and a peppery kick from the mayo, all loaded onto a soft flatbread. It’s messy, comforting and honestly one of my favourite things I’ve made in ages.
