Turn cooking mode on

First melt the butter in a saucepan.

Next add in the milk, bit by bit, stirring consistently so no lumps form.

Once you have a thick sauce, add in the mustard and the garlic and herb cream cheese.

80 g Garlic and herb cream cheese

Then season to taste.

Next cook the gnocchi in salted boiling water following the instructions on the pack.
500 g Gnocchi

Then mix together with the Bolognese.

Pour over the garlic and herb bechamel and top with the mozzarella.

Pop into the oven at 180°C fan for around 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
