Spicy Pesto Chicken Crunch Wrap

I’m fully in my crunch wrap era at the minute, they’re just so fun to make and even better to eat. This one’s packed with spicy pesto chicken, melty cheese and that crispy golden wrap finish that makes it feel like a proper fakeaway. It’s one of those meals that looks like you’ve made loads of effort, but it’s actually so simple. The kids loved it, I loved it… and I already know I’ll be making it again next week.

Great idea to turn them into quesadillas! For the wraps i try to hold it together then pop them in the pan seal side down so they seal.. it can be tricky though and quesadillas work just as well. Happy you enjoyed them! 😊🧀🌯
