Step 1

Remove the sausages from their skins and add the sausage meat to a large ovenproof frying pan over a medium-high heat. Break it up with a wooden spoon and cook for around 5–6 minutes until golden. Add the onion and red pepper and cook for another 5 minutes until starting to soften. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
