For the garlic sauce i used: 4 tbsp light mayonnaise 1 tsp garlic purée or finely grated clove 1 tsp dried parsley (or chives, dill – whatever’s handy) 1 tsp lemon juice Salt & pepper to taste Method: Mix everything together in a small bowl. Add a splash of water if you want it thinner for drizzling.
