Cheesy Chicken, Bacon and Tomato Loaded Fries

This is one of those dinners that I throw together when we all fancy something a bit indulgent but can’t be bothered with a takeaway. The kids love the cheesy chicken and bacon, my husband goes straight in for the chips, and I’m just here for that garlic mayo drizzle. It’s messy, comforting, and full of flavour, and honestly, plates are licked clean every time.

Notes

For the garlic sauce i used: 4 tbsp light mayonnaise 1 tsp garlic purée or finely grated clove 1 tsp dried parsley (or chives, dill – whatever’s handy) 1 tsp lemon juice Salt & pepper to taste Method: Mix everything together in a small bowl. Add a splash of water if you want it thinner for drizzling.
