Creamy Chicken & Bacon Rice
Midweek dinners that taste like a hug in a bowl 🫶 This one’s rich, cheesy and ridiculously easy all cooked in one pan and on the table in 15. That smoky bacon, herby chicken and creamy cheesy rice is the kind of combo that gets devoured without a fuss.

Honey mustard chicken sliders
I wasn’t sure if these would be a hit, but the kids were obsessed, they even asked for seconds before I’d sat down 😅 They’re soft, cheesy, a bit sweet from the honey mustard, and that little drizzle on top just finishes them off perfectly. Easy to prep, great for sharing, and one of those meals that feels like a treat without being loads of effort.

Garlic Butter Steak and Chips Flatbread
I made this on a bit of a whim one night and now I’m fully obsessed. It’s got all the good stuff, juicy steak, buttery garlic, crispy chips and a peppery kick from the mayo, all loaded onto a soft flatbread. It’s messy, comforting and honestly one of my favourite things I’ve made in ages.

Honey BBQ Chicken & Bacon Pasta Salad 🍯🔥
It’s far too hot to be standing over the cooker right now, but if you’re still wanting something filling and actually nice to eat, this ticks all the boxes. Cold, creamy, smoky and a little sweet… it’s basically sunshine in pasta salad form.

One pot chicken korma rice
This one’s a proper family favourite, mild, creamy, and full of flavour without being heavy. The kids loved it (even with the peas!) and it’s such an easy way to use up leftover chicken. Everything cooks in one pan, the coconut milk makes it so silky, and it’s one of those dinners that feels like way more effort than it actually is.
