Ingredients: 600 g Oven chips; 500 g Beef mince; 1 Onion; 3 Peppers; 3 tsp Garlic purée; 1 tbsp Tomato purée; 4 tbsp Green pesto; 300 ml Beef stock; Salt; Black pepper; 150 g Light cream cheese; 1 tsp Garlic granules; 1 tsp Pesto; 100 ml Chicken stock; 50 ml Chicken stock; 1 tsp Pesto; 80 g Grated cheese; Fresh parsley

This one happened because I couldn’t decide between loaded fries or a pesto pasta… so obviously I chose chaos and did both. Crispy chips, saucy beef, creamy pesto drizzle and just enough cheese to make it feel properly indulgent without going wild. It’s crispy, creamy, herby and very much “I’ll just have a few”… and then suddenly the tray is empty 💚🍟
