Garlic Bread with Jalapeño Cream & Mozzarella Serves: 4 Ingredients: TABASCO® Jalapeño Sauce, 2 tbsp (plus extra to drizzle) 1 large ciabatta loaf, sliced in half lengthways 2 tbsp butter, softened 2 tsp garlic purée 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped 100g light cream cheese 100g grated mozzarella Method: Preheat oven to 200°C (fan). Mix butter, garlic purée, and parsley, then spread over ciabatta halves. Mix cream cheese with TABASCO® Jalapeño Sauce and spread over the garlic butter. Top with mozzarella and bake 8–10 mins until golden and bubbling. Drizzle with extra TABASCO® Jalapeño Sauce, slice, and serve warm. Calories- 365 per serving
