Greek Style Gyros Plate

The minute the weather warms up, all I want to eat is food that makes me feel like I'm sitting in a little taverna in Greece somewhere. ☀️ These Chicken Gyros Plates are my way of bringing a little bit of that holiday feeling home, without spending hours in the kitchen.

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt, smoked paprika, oregano, cumin, garlic, lemon juice, salt and a generous pinch of black pepper. Add the chicken thighs and mix until well coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight if time allows.
