Creamy Marry Me Chicken Pie

This creamy Marry Me chicken pie takes all those lovely garlic, Parmesan and sun-dried tomato flavours and turns them into proper comfort food. I served it with my fave veggies and my garlic and Parmesan roast potatoes. ( just type in roast potatoes into the search for my recipe)

Notes

If your frying pan isn’t oven-safe, make the filling in the pan and transfer it to a pie dish before adding the pastry.

  • Swap the cooked chicken breast for leftover roast chicken.

  • Use single cream instead of milk for an even richer filling.

  • Swap Parmesan for finely grated mature cheddar.

  • Leave out the chilli flakes if you're not a fan of spice

  • Swap the spinach for finely chopped tenderstem broccoli or even peas.
